My process is one of improvisation with minimal planning. We guitar players call a note that rings falsely a clam. And there are a few, maybe quite a few, to be found in my playing. But I’ve learned not to worry about it. Sometimes I actually grow to like a clam. Other times I just keep wincing. But, it’s in the trying that discoveries are made. I’d be curious what you think of this extravaganza. I like the section at the end with the chords. They’re mellow, crisp and dreamy all at the same time.
Studio Noodles
I have been noodling and multitrack recording in my home studio for over 25 years. I had a bandcamp page for most of that time. A friend bought a CD once for $9.99. A few years later another friend downloaded a track. No matter. I just do this for fun.
